Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging.

The first exchange is free of charge, with shipping costs covered by Vivavellum.

In cases where the exchange is due to customer preference (such as size, shade, or product selection), shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
